Fun and Educational Hands-On Interactive Learning Tool Introduces Jazz to Children as Young as 8

Hey y’all! Well, here’s another woman who has unleashed her imagination and created a jazz education packet for children as young as 8. Even the name is fun - Scat’s My Bag and it was developed by Erika Paul Carlson of Carlson’s Jazz Q Music Education Services in Sparks, Nevada. This one is definitely on this unleashed gal’s want list for my beautiful little girl, Lillian. She’s only 6; but, she has expressed an interest in learning to play the piano and I think this would be fun for her.
The Scat’s My Bag Jazz Pack is an instrumental and vocal instructional pack and includes interactive CD, songbook of concert vocal/piano and transposed instrument keys and coloring/drawing storybook. It costs $34.99 through the website with a discounted price of $29.99 for orders of five or more packs.
