Book Launch Cafe - Not Your Typical Book Party

Hey there! Time for another unleashed blog review. If you know me at all you know I love books. For me, books aren’t just paper with words on them. I use books as a learning tool, a resource and a source of inspiration and comfort. I read at least one page in a book just about every single day. I came across a great blog titled “Book Launch Cafe - Not Your Typical Book Party”. The blog is written by Maria Carbonell Elliott, an entrepreneur who resides in Santa Barbara, California. She created the site for authors seeking an alternative to pricey posh launch parties.

I like the look of the site itself and the idea behind the blog. The site is very clean and uncluttered and Elliott’s About page is excellent. As I said before, I like knowing who’s behind a blog and why I should read what they write. She reviews books as well as posts events and has a section to submit a book you have authored. I just get a comfy feeling from the site and when my daughter and I get her books published and I write my book we will definitely submit our books to the Book Launch Cafe site.
