Rock-n-Tot Takes the Parent Boredom Blues Away

Hey there! As a mom of 2 kids, ages 6 and 2, I am always looking for activities or events that I can do with them. I’ll be completely honest here - My problem is that most of these activities or events are boring for me. That’s where Rock-n-Tot comes into the picture.Entrepreneurs Liz Weirshousky and Naomi Hattaway are the founders of this tot rockin’ company. This dynamic duo has unleashed their imagination with the events they provide through Rock-N-Tot. Here’s how these two compliment each other so well as entrepreneurs and business partners. Rock-n-Tot events are for families with kids ages birth through twelve. The events our held on the weekend at business establishments the two have screened in advance. The Rock-n-Tot events are designed to give the whole family a “night out on the town” experience. Here’s a list of all the fun they provide.

• Dance floor with great music playing (with clean lyrics) and everyone is encouraged to get out there get down. This is the part I like best as I love to dance and my kids love dancing with me.
• Lounge full of toys, puzzles and books. My 6 year old girl would love this as she is an avid reader.
• Section for crawlers so you and they don’t have to worry about getting stepped on!
• Rockstar section for 8 - 12 year olds to get together and play games.
• Complimentary parent services that includes mini-massages, paraffin wax dip, golf pro tutoring and many others.
• Nursing Cove for the moms who need some privacy.
• Changing stations to keep the little ones clean, dry and happy.

The sad part for the majority of us is that these events are currently only held in Cleveland and Washington DC. But, this pair, Liz and Naomi, seem to be on fire with the popularity of these events and I have no doubt they will reach other areas soon! I, for one, can’t wait.
